Theatre Practitioner (RGN/OPD) - Scrub
Location: Woking Hospital, Surrey, South East England.
Salary: Up to £44,850 per annum, depending on experience.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.

As a Scrub Practitioner / Theatre Practitioner (ODP) you will be focused, detail‑oriented, empathetic and have excellent communication skills. You are registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and possess post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a theatre environment. You work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and are passionate about exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
- Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities.
- Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
- Provide high‑quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
- Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
- Participate in continuous growth and personal development opportunities, such as Surgical First Assist training.
- Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
- Post‑registration experience in Scrub roles within a theatre environment.
- Team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
