In this role, you'll work on-site at residential and commercial properties, helping with general gardening and landscaping tasks such as digging, planting, turfing, pruning, site clearance, and assisting with invasive plant removal. Over time, you'll be trained to take on more responsibility, help manage sites, and eventually step into a supervisory position.

This role would suit someone hard-working, reliable, and keen to learn, looking for a long-term career in outdoor work, with full training, progression, and the backing of a supportive, close-knit team.

The Role

Assisting with gardening, landscaping and site clearance work
Working alongside experienced team members on sites across the UK
Receiving full training with progression into a Site Supervisor role

Based near woking with a full UK driving licence
