McLaren Racing is seeking a Non‑Destructive Testing Technician to join our Formula One team. You’ll work with cutting‑edge inspection technologies to ensure components meet the highest quality standards, contributing to driver safety and on‑track performance.
This role operates on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern. Based at the McLaren Racing Composites Facility in Woking, you’ll inspect new and in‑service parts and support test events throughout the year.
