Inspector, Quality Assurance - QA​/QC, Quality Control - QC Analysts​/Managers

We are seeking a skilled Inspector with PC-DMIS experience to join a prestigious motor sport client on a contract basis starting in November. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a high-performance engineering environment, contributing to the quality assurance of precision components used in elite motor sport applications.

Key Responsibilities
Operate CMM machines using PC-DMIS software to inspect complex components.
Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models to verify dimensional accuracy.
Conduct first-off, in-process, and final inspections of machined and assembled parts.
Record and analyse measurement data, ensuring compliance with tight tolerances.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain accurate inspection records and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Proven experience as an Inspector in a precision engineering or motor sport environment.
Proficiency in PC-DMIS and CMM operation.
Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to read complex technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.

Desirable

Experience with additional metrology tools (e.g., height gauges, micrometers, surface finish testers).
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and documentation practices.
