Location and Working Pattern Initial Phase:
Woking, United Kingdom (long-term assignment 12- 18 Months)
Execution Phase:
Saudi Arabia (site-based during project delivery)
Travel to engineering and project sites will be required throughout the role.

Responsibilities Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across projects.
Monitor and report project quality performance, identifying areas for improvement and supporting strategic quality initiatives.
Manage audits and ensure adherence to ISO and client-specific standards.
Provide quality inputs for estimation, proposals, and project start-up activities.
Review and approve project quality plans and procedures.
Oversee QA checks on engineering design deliverables prior to client issue.
Mentor and develop quality team members, supporting recruitment and capability building.
Manage non-conformance control, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented.
Must-have Requirements Degree in Engineering with extensive EPC QA/QC management experience.
Strong knowledge of ISO 9000 series standards with ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
Demonstrated experience in leading Quality Management Systems and supplier quality practices.
Proven track record managing quality in large EPC projects and ability to influence at all levels.
Approval and experience within Aramco EPC projects.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills Certification in root cause analysis (RCA) investigations.
Knowledge of Aramco-specific processes and EPC project requirements.
