Responsibilities
Supervise and manage performance of procurement quality staff.
Ensure compliance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and management systems.
Review procurement documentation to confirm quality requirements in design deliverables.
Verify supplier documents and certifications for compliance.
Oversee vendor QA/QC systems and coordinate vendor approvals.
Plan, monitor and manage inspections, including liaising with TPI agencies.
Prepare Inspection Assignment Packages and attend pre-inspection meetings.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, non-conformances, and quality reports.
Coordinate procurement schedules, audits and quality improvement activities with internal teams and clients.
Must-have Requirements Engineering degree with proven experience in procurement quality control.
Lead Auditor ISO 9001 certification from a recognised body.
Strong knowledge of quality management methodology and ISO standards.
Familiarity with Saudi Aramco specifications (SAMSS, SAEP) and approval processes.
EPC project experience with Aramco approvals.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Nice-to-have Skills Supplier Quality Management certification.
Strong leadership and delegation capabilities.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
