Job Summary PPI Quality & Engineering is seeking Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) to support a major energy project with a leading international EPC contractor. This role will oversee procurement quality, supplier surveillance, and inspection activities across the project supply chain.

Role Purpose

Ensure all procurement quality requirements are consistently implemented throughout the supply chain by coordinating supplier quality activities, vendor surveillance, inspections, and compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review procurement documentation, requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Review supplier quality plans, inspection procedures and certification.
  • Coordinate supplier audits, vendor surveillance and source inspections.
  • Manage third-party inspection agencies and client witnessing.
  • Prepare inspection assignment packages and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate inspection schedules and notifications.
  • Manage procurement NCRs and technical quality issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement quality records and reporting.
Do you have what it takes?

Essential Qualifications & Experience

  • Engineering Degree with procurement QA/QC experience.
  • Lead Auditor ISO 9001 qualification.
  • Supplier Quality Management experience.
  • Strong vendor management and inspection coordination experience
