Studio Assistant

An exciting opportunity is available at our Woking studio for a Studio Assistant. This position is based on a fully flexible contract, covering days, evenings and weekends, offering a minimum of 10 hours per week. Additional hours and shifts are also available to cover staff holidays, sickness, and other business needs.

As a Studio Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of the studio by delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and assisting with sales and stock replenishment. You’ll work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure the studio is welcoming, safe and operating smoothly at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with sales and stock replenishment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the studio.
• Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Studio Manager and team to ensure a welcoming, safe, and smooth-running studio.

• Previous customer-facing experience
• English GCSE or equivalent qualification / demonstrable communication skills
• Experience working towards a goal or target, demonstrated through previous roles or education
• Ability to attend mandatory training
• Examples of good time management
• Motivation to succeed and take on new challenges

• Experience working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Experience or interest in the health and beauty industry
• Experience cleaning and maintaining high standards of cleanliness

• £12.75 per hour with uncapped commission – age thresholds not applicable, all staff are compensated the same way
