Trade Counter Assistant

Simon Acres Recruitment are seeking a Trade Counter Assistant for a highly successful independent supplier of construction products based in the Surrey area, renowned for their extensive product range and exceptional customer service.

Salary: Circa £31,000 Per Annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, Every other Saturday (Half day)

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong relationships with trade customers
• Process orders efficiently and offer tailored product advice
• Occasionally assist with warehouse and yard duties, including picking and packing customer orders
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and maintain branch standards

• Experience:
  
  A background in the construction industry is advantageous, particularly with product and sales knowledge
• Customer Focus:
  Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers
• Team Spirit: A dynamic, motivated, and proactive approach to work
