Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency
Location:
Woking
Salary: £50,000+
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful and fast‑paced estate agency in Woking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a target‑driven environment, enjoys building relationships and is looking to develop a successful career within residential property sales.
Key Responsibilities- Generate valuations and win new business.
- Conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Progress sales through to completion.
- Build lasting relationships with buyers and vendors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work towards and exceed sales targets.
- Preferred: experience in an estate agency.
- Strong sales background from another sector also considered.
- Realistic OTE of £50,000+.
- Genuine career progression.
- Supportive, friendly and energetic team.
- Day off in lieu for Saturdays worked.
