Our client, a reputable and specialised dealership near Woking, is seeking an experienced Performance Vehicle Sourcing Specialist to join their expert team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to source and secure some of the UK's most desirable high-performance and prestige vehicles. The Performance Vehicle Sourcing Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the dealership's reputation for quality and exclusivity.

• Competitive basic salary of £25,000 per annum
• Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £60,000 with uncapped commission

• Source and secure high-end performance and prestige vehicles from various markets and contacts across the UK
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with private sellers, trade contacts, and industry professionals
• Negotiate purchase prices to ensure market competitiveness and profitability
• Inspect vehicles, verify condition, and assess market value
• Arrange safe transportation and collection of vehicles nationwide
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability within the performance vehicle sector
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a well-stocked and profitable inventory
• Ensure all vehicles sourced meet dealership standards and targets

• Previous experience in vehicle buying or sourcing within the motor trade
• Strong knowledge of the prestige and performance vehicle market
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and commercial awareness
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional approach
• Full UK driving licence
• Genuine passion for high-end performance and luxury vehicles
