. We are looking for ambitious, confident and driven individuals to join our newest office in London as Trainee Junior Art Brokers
.

No previous art experience is required. What matters is your attitude, work ethic and desire to succeed. We will teach you everything you need to know.

• A confident and natural communicator.
• A telephone warrior who enjoys speaking to people.
• Motivated by targets, commission and success.
• Passionate about sales and making money.
• Willing to learn, train and develop into a professional closer.
• Fluent in English, with excellent spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day.
• Resilient, competitive and determined to succeed.
• Interested in art, investment and luxury assets.

If you're phone shy, this role isn't for you.

• Speaking to new prospective clients over the phone.
• Building relationships with investors and collectors.
• Learning the art market from experienced brokers.
• Presenting investment opportunities in blue chip and emerging artwork.
• Working towards daily and monthly sales targets.
• Developing into a fully qualified Art Broker through our structured training programme.

• Basic salary of £18,000 to £30,000
  , depending on experience.
• Uncapped commission of up to 10%.
• Full, ongoing sales and product training.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00pm Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm
