Sales Support

Sales Support £40,000 - £50,000 London, UK Permanent - Hybrid Working We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Sales professional to join a growing AI business and support its expanding sales function. This is a hands-on role covering sales support, CRM systems, reporting and wider office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What you'll do:
Support the sales team with pitches, client follow-ups, onboarding and trials. Own and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate, data and processes. Produce sales reports and dashboards, tracking activity, targets and performance. Use Excel to analyse data and provide accurate reporting. Support marketing campaigns, sales collateral and industry events. Provide wider administrative support to the senior leadership team. Oversee daily office operations, suppliers, building management and maintenance.

Handle confidential information and support ad-hoc projects as the business grows. Who you are:
Previous experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Commercial Coordination or a similar role supporting a revenue-generating team. Strong CRM experience and confident taking ownership of systems. Excellent Excel and reporting skills. Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware. Comfortable working across multiple priorities and teams. Hands-on and adaptable. Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience in a startup business is advantageous.
