Location: M-Shah Jajan Mosque, Woking

Job Type: Full-time

Shift Rota: 4 on 4 off  (12

Hour Shifts)

• Maintain a professional presence: determined, trustworthy, attentive, and approachable.
• Welcome clients and visitors warmly, issuing and managing s.
• Operate phones, emails, IT systems, CCTV, alarm systems, and access control for doors and car park.
• Monitor and respond to suspicious activity and potential criminal behaviour.
• Maintain control of incidents until emergency services arrive.
• Record, report and escalated incidents to the Account Manager.

• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Flexible approach to working hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to go above and beyond for clients and visitors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Understanding of Health and Safety at Work Act, Criminal and Civil Law, Police and Criminal Evidence Act.
• SIA Licence – (Door Supervision or Security Guarding) – Essential.
• Ability to complete EDBS.
