Citizens Advice Woking, in partnership with i-access, is seeking a dedicated i-access Generalist Caseworker. The role is fixed term to 31 March 2027, working 3 days a week, with options to work remotely or in person.
You will handle welfare benefits, debt and housing queries, manage caseloads to deadlines, and travel to Guildford, Redhill, Chertsey and Woking as required. DBS clearance is required but a criminal record may not bar employment.
