Children's Social Worker- Adoption Support

Our Client, a Greate Manchester council is seeking a Children’s Social Worker to join their Adoption Support Team. Fantastic payrate of £37 per hour! Complete assessments of adoption support needs for adopted children, families and adopted adults. Develop, implement and review tailored adoption support plans to promote stability and wellbeing. Provide therapeutic and practical support to adoptive families, including crisis intervention where required. Work collaboratively with partner agencies, schools, health services and other professionals to coordinate support. Undertake statutory duties in line with adoption legislation, regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Maintain accurate case records, reports and assessments within required timescales. Contribute to the development and delivery of adoption support services, groups and training programmes. Requirements of this role:
Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have minimum of 3 year's experience working as a Qualified social worker
