This role is based inside a prison and involves working alongside serving offenders. You will be required to pass enhanced security vetting as part of the recruitment process.

We run warehouse operations inside prisons supporting the HMPPS Canteen Service, picking, packing and distributing orders within prison.

• Work inside a prison, leading and working alongside offenders in a warehouse.
• Hands‑on role – picking, packing and manual handling (up to 20 kg).
• Keep stock accurate and the operation running smoothly.
• Work at pace when needed and stay organised.
• Working as a team to make sure targets are met.

• Able to communicate clearly and deal with people, including in challenging situations.
• Comfortable working inside a prison, alongside offenders.
• Have 3 years UK address history (required for security clearance).
• Hands on and willing to get stuck into warehouse tasks.
• Interested in doing a job that can make a real difference.
