Are you an experienced warehouse leader with a strong electrical background? This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced warehouse operation that supports major live events, concerts, and productions across the UK.

This role combines hands-on operational management with technical responsibility — a recognised electrical qualification is essential to support safe handling and troubleshooting of powered staging equipment.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

* Lead all daily warehouse activities, including equipment preparation, loading/unloading, and order fulfilment

* Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock audits

* Manage, train, and motivate the warehouse team

* Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment

* Perform electrical checks and basic troubleshooting on powered staging equipment

* Coordinate logistics with project and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery and returns

* Drive continuous improvements in processes, efficiency, and cost control

🎓 Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or operations management (event or production industry experience ideal)

* Recognised electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent) – required

* Ability to safely work with and troubleshoot powered equipment

* Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills

* Familiarity with inventory systems and Microsoft Office

* Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs; forklift certification is a plus
