Fabric Technician – Permanent Role
Salary: £35,000 per annum

We’re recruiting for a skilled Fabric Technician to join a well-established facilities team managing a large commercial site. This is a stable, permanent position offering variety, autonomy, and long-term career prospects.

The Role:

General fabric maintenance including carpentry repairs, painting, decorating, and minor building works
Basic plumbing tasks and simple electrical duties (e.g., lamp changes, socket/switch replacements)
Supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities
Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact on the public

What We’re Looking For:

Strong experience in fabric or multiskilled building maintenance
Confident working independently with good problem-solving ability
Professional and customer-focused approach
Experience in a busy public or commercial environment is beneficial
