: £26,000/annum + annual company bonus scheme

: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

with the option to work remotely

As a Field Staff Booker, you report directly to the Field Operations Manager whilst working closely with the Account Managers and Account Executives to ensure all field marketing jobs are efficiently and effectively booked. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and schedule the right staff for various campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and coverage delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Job Booking - Coordinate and schedule staff for upcoming field marketing campaigns, ensuring all positions are filled promptly
  • Missed Calls - Contact staff to ensure visits have been complete and data recorded correctly
  • Coordination - Liaise with the Field Operations Manager, Account Managers, and Account Executives to understand campaign requirements and staff availability
  • Support - Provide consistent support to the core team and field staff, addressing any report issues related to activations conducted
