We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused Corporate Property Facilities Lead to help create and maintain exceptional workplaces across the NESO estate.
This role is about far more than keeping buildings running. You’ll help shape workplace environments that enable colleagues to do their best work by supporting facilities operations, driving continuous improvement and championing our workplace principles of Sustainability, Inclusivity, Accessibility and Productivity. Working as part of the Property team and alongside colleagues across Procurement, Projects, Health & Safety and Security, you’ll play a key role in making sure our offices are safe, compliant, efficient and welcoming places to work, supporting the critical work we carry out.
This role can be based in Wokingham or Warwick, with ad hoc travel to our other sites as and when required. We continue to offer hybrid working from office and home. We are open to full time and part time applicants, as well as flexible working arrangements.
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of NESO offices across the UK.
- Being a key point of contact for workplace and facilities-related queries.
- Coordinating facilities services and ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Working closely with facilities management providers, landlords and contractors to maintain high service standards.
- Supporting office moves, workplace changes and business operational requirements.
- Helping ensure workplaces remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose.
- Working with internal comms teams to ensure effective Facilities communications.
- Helping deliver workplace initiatives that support NESO’s sustainability ambitions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency, reduce waste and enhance environmental performance across the estate.
- Working with suppliers and stakeholders to embed sustainable practices in day-to-day operations.
- Supporting the development of smarter, more efficient and future-focused workplaces.
- Developing consistent work spaces to the NESO office template across all sites.
- Helping ensure all NESO workplaces are welcoming and accessible for colleagues and visitors.
- Considering accessibility and inclusivity when reviewing office layouts, facilities and workplace services.
- Building positive working relationships with service providers and contractors.
- Monitoring supplier performance and support service reviews.
- Assisting with contract administration, purchase orders and invoice management.
- Supporting procurement activities and supplier onboarding where required.
- Supporting compliance activities across the property portfolio.
- Maintaining property and facilities records and documentation.
- Coordinating inspections, audits and statutory maintenance activities.
- Helping ensure service providers operate safely and in line with NESO policies and standards.
- Supporting the delivery of workplace and property projects across the estate.
- Assisting with office refurbishments, workplace improvements and new site mobilisation activities.
- Helping coordinate stakeholders, suppliers and project activities to ensure successful delivery.

About YouExperience with in facilities management, workplace services or office operations. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience working with contractors, suppliers or outsourced service providers. Good understanding of workplace health, safety and compliance requirements. A proactive mindset with a focus on service, continuous improvement and colleague experience. Experience working across multiple office locations.
