Sales Advisor

We are looking to recruit an UK Sales Advisor who will be responsible for providing total Customer Service to our Customers and Field Based Sales Staff. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in an office environment.

This position will be joining our thriving UK medical device manufacturing company to work within our Customer Care Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Accurate processing of all orders on a daily basis
• All queries relating to an order should be dealt with efficiently and in the appropriate manner
• Assisting in maintaining databases and ensuring records are up to date
• All queries relating to an order should be dealt with efficiently and in the appropriate manner
• Entry and maintenance of special pricing in conjunction with the relevant Sales Representative requests
• Filing and document management
• Processing of all sample requests
  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational skills
• A friendly and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus

• Previous experience in an office administration or related role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to build good working relationships
