This role offers invaluable experience for those considering careers in Youth Justice, Behaviour Intervention, Social Work, Counselling, or Education. You will work with students who may have SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, or trauma‑related barriers to learning.

Salary: £89‑£100 per day
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities- Deliver consistent, positive behaviour support
- Implement de‑escalation and restorative approaches
- Build trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
- Support academic engagement in 1:1 and small group settings
- Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
