As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils manage their emotions, behaviour, and peer interactions
• Work alongside teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver behaviour strategies
• Assist with de-escalation, emotional regulation, and positive reinforcement techniques
• Support safe and structured learning environments
• Encourage confidence, independence, and pro-social behaviours

This Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant role is ideal for aspiring Behaviour Mentors, SEN Teachers, Therapists, Youth Workers, or Educational Psychologists.
