As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will deliver dynamic and interactive lessons in English and mathematics, tailoring your approach to meet diverse learning styles. Through assessment of individual strengths and weaknesses, you will develop personalized learning plans and inspire students to achieve their goals, creating a supportive and rewarding learning environment.

• Teaching qualifications: minimum Level 3 Education & Training or above and a Level 2/GCSE qualification in English and Mathematics.
• Experience teaching Functional skills in English and Mathematics.
• Excellent time management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students of all backgrounds.
• Creative approach to teaching.
• Passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to inclusive education.
