Are you a Criminology graduate interested in supporting young people with behavioural, emotional, or social challenges? A forward‑thinking SEN and SEMH school in Wokingham is looking for a Criminology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

This role offers invaluable experience for those considering careers in Youth Justice, Behaviour Intervention, Social Work, Counselling, or Education. You will work with students, many of whom have SEMH needs, Autism, ADHD, or trauma‑related barriers to learning.

• Salary: £89‑£100 per day
• Hours:
  
  Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
• Start: ASAP

• Deliver consistent, positive behaviour support
• Implement de‑escalation and restorative approaches
• Build trusting relationships with vulnerable learners
• Support academic engagement in 1:1 and small group settings
• Work collaboratively with SENCOs, therapists, and pastoral teams
