Academics are working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Wokingham to appoint an enthusiastic and skilled Key Stage 2 Teacher with a middle leadership responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced KS2 teacher who is ready to take the next step in their career.

This exciting opportunity based in Wokingham offers the chance to combine high-quality classroom practice with leadership responsibilities that contribute to whole-school improvement and strong pupil outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality teaching and learning across KS2
  • Lead a curriculum area, phase or responsibility in line with school priorities
  • Support and develop colleagues through coaching, mentoring and collaboration
  • Use assessment effectively to inform teaching and raise standards
  • Contribute to strategic planning and school self-evaluation
  • Promote a positive, inclusive and ambitious learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will
  • Hold QTS and have proven experience teaching in KS2
  • Demonstrate consistently strong or outstanding classroom practice
  • Have, or be ready to take on, a middle leadership role
  • Show strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Share a commitment to high expectations, inclusion and pupil achievement
