A highly regarded specialist SEN school in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated SEN Science Teacher to join their supportive and forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for a teacher who brings calm, warmth, enthusiasm, and adaptability to the classroom and is committed to inclusive, therapeutic education.
You will be teaching Science to pupils aged 3–19, many of whom have Autism, ADHD, trauma-related needs, anxiety, and challenging behaviour.

- Deliver engaging and differentiated Science lessons tailored to individual needs
- Create a calm, orderly, and stimulating classroom environment
- Use a variety of teaching strategies and personalised resources
- Support students’ emotional regulation and sense of security
- Work collaboratively with SEN staff, therapists, and support teams
- A qualified Science Teacher
- Calm, caring, and resilient with a positive attitude
- Passionate about SEN and inclusive education
- Willing to fully engage in whole-school life, trips, activities, and key moments for students
