Outdoor Instructor spring, summer and autumn work, set in the backdrop of a stunning country park.

  • BC (Paddle UK) Paddlesports/SUP Instructor Award (or equivalent)
  • RYA Dinghy Instructor
  • Climbing Wall Instructor (previously CWA)
  • Archery GB instructor
  • British Fencing Core Coach award
About the Centre

Dinton Activity Centre is a thriving local authority centre based at Dinton Pastures Country Park. The centre handles a footfall of around 20,000 people per year, has a fleet of 30 sailing boats and 90 canoes, kayaks and paddle boards, a low ropes course, bush craft area, a rock climbing and high ropes facility, two orienteering courses and a mobile climbing tower.

Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of activities such as taster sessions, school/youth group events, corporate days, school holiday activities and BC/RYA/NICAS courses.
  • Work alongside Lead and Senior Instructors to deliver a diverse activity and education programme.
  • Assist with boat hire, off‑site events, centre maintenance and general administration/reception cover duties where necessary.
  • Participate in opportunities for personal development, gaining knowledge and training to grow into a fully qualified and experienced instructor.
