In this role you will support pupils across the school, working both within the classroom and in small group or 1:1 setting. You will help ensure that all learners are supported to reach their full potential, both academically and socially.

• Provide in‑class support to pupils with a range of learning needs
• Deliver small group and 1:1 intervention
• Assist the class teacher in adapting lessons to support all learners
• Support pupils with engagement, confidence, and behaviour
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN teams
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
