This is the perfect opportunity for a Psychology graduate who is considering a future career in educational or clinical psychology, SEN teaching, or therapeutic work with children and young people.

• Provide tailored 1:1 and group support for children with a range of special educational needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, SEMH).
• Assist the class teacher and SENCO in implementing personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies.
• Help create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment that encourages emotional and academic growth.
• Monitor and track student progress, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing.
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and external professionals to support holistic development.

• A degree in Psychology (or related field).
• A genuine passion for working with children with SEN.
• Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• A calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting behaviour and learning.
• Previous experience working with children or young people (in any setting) is desirable but not essential.
