This SEMH Classroom Assistant role will involve:

Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis
Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Helping pupils engage in classroom activities
Building strong and trusting relationships with students
Working closely with teachers and therapists
ASAP start in a well-connected location

The ideal SEMH Classroom Assistant will have experience in education, care, or mentoring.

The school provides every SEMH Classroom Assistant with specialist SEN training and professional development opportunities.
