As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence. As a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN Support children with ASD, ADHD, learning difficulties, and SEMH needs Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils Support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally Assist teachers with personalised learning and intervention strategies Help maintain a calm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment The school is looking for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant who is patient, empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people.
