The Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading engineering business for a Customer Service Engineer to support customers across a designated territory. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned maintenance and reactive service visits Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults Manage your territory effectively and meet service targets Deliver a high level of customer service at all times Provide operator training and technical support Identify opportunities for additional products and services Complete service reports and maintain accurate records Support colleagues and assist with coverage outside your normal area when required What We're Looking For Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Good understanding of electronic systems Organised and able to prioritise workload effectively Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in the field IT literate with experience using service reporting systems Personal Attributes Positive and professional attitude Self-motivated and reliable Flexible and adaptable Calm under pressure Strong team player Driven to achieve results Package £37,000 Basic Salary Bonus Scheme Commission Opportunities Training & Development Career Progression Company Vehicle (where applicable) If you're a motivated field engineer who enjoys solving technical problems and building strong customer relationships, we'd like to hear from you.
