Lead Maintenance Engineer

My client is seeking an exceptional Multi-Skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer to join there team in the Wokingham area. This is a 12 month role and is paying £30 per hour Umbrella (no CIS) As the Lead Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and regulatory compliance of complex building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems critical to life sciences operations.

The role combines hands-on technical engineering expertise with strategic facility management, requiring proactive problem-solving and collaboration. Key responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance programmes to achieve 99.9% uptime, providing 24/7 emergency technical support, and leading system handovers during client onboarding.
