• Tests, calibrates/validates electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy.
• Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.
• Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.
• Assignments are diverse and are business or technically oriented.
• Tasks involve specialized technical expertise and knowledge.
• Problems are non-standard or one of a kind, requiring new or customized solutions.

• Associate degree, higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant experience in calibration, testing, or related technical fields.
• Proven experience working within ISO 17025 and UKAS-accredited environments.
• Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of equipment types.
• Ability to approach complex, non-standard problems with innovative and practical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
