- Tests, calibrates/validates electronic or analytical instruments, products and modules to maintain functionality and accuracy.
- Service is performed on Keysight products and/or products manufactured by another company.
- Interprets customer requirements and potential needs to meet customer satisfaction goals.
- Assignments are diverse and are business or technically oriented.
- Tasks involve specialized technical expertise and knowledge.
- Problems are non-standard or one of a kind, requiring new or customized solutions.
- Associate degree, higher education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Relevant experience in calibration, testing, or related technical fields.
- Proven experience working within ISO 17025 and UKAS-accredited environments.
- Strong technical proficiency across a broad range of equipment types.
- Ability to approach complex, non-standard problems with innovative and practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
