  • Managing UK subsidiary statutory accounts processes, this covers approximately 12 legal entities.
  • Support the overseas subsidiary statutory accounts processes, this covers approximately 20 entities across EMEA.
  • Ensuring UK group consolidated and UK statutory accounts are delivered in accordance with reporting timelines and accounting policies.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of current, systems and reporting.
  • Liaising with the Auditors on all aspects of UK statutory reporting, ensuring that all relevant information is provided within agreed timelines.
  • Oversee statutory accounts preparation (FRS 102 / UK GAAP) and act as key audit contact.
  • Drive process improvements across systems and reporting.

What You'll Bring To

The Role:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • Exceptionally strong technical background in group consolidations and UK statutory reporting in both IFRS, FRS 101 and FRS 102.
  • Experience with engaging with external auditors and delivering viable solutions to adhere to set reporting timetables.

  • Advanced Excel and strong process improvement mindset.
  • Confident leader and communicator with experience across international/multi-entity environments.
  • Bonus:
Experience with Thomson Reuters One Source (or Caseware), acquisitions, or system implementations.

What We’ll Offer You:

  • Competitive salary
  • Benefits include:
Pension (4%), Life Assurance, WeCare ERP, Perkbox, Taste Card
  • 24 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing 1 day per year up to 29 days)
