HR Advisor

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied advisory role where you can support managers, resolve employee relations matters and make a real difference?

An established organisation is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to provide practical guidance across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently.

Type:
Temp-perm, with an immediate start

Key Responsibilities

Advising on performance, absence, capability and conduct
Supporting investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes
Managing probation reviews, Occupational Health referrals and long-term absence cases
Supporting onboarding, contractual changes and leavers
Overseeing Right to Work checks, DBS matters and confidential HR records
Providing day-to-day employee relations advice and escalating complex cases

About You

Previous HR Advisory experience
Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
Confident advising managers on employee relations matters
Strong organisation, communication and prioritisation skills
Proactive, solutions-focused and discreet when handling sensitive matters
CIPD qualified
