Location:

Wimbledon (with free on-site parking) Hybrid working: 2 days in the office each week We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a supportive and fast-paced HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for a generalist HR professional who enjoys partnering with managers, handling employee relations matters and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will provide practical HR guidance and play a key role in delivering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities:

Advising on onboarding processes, pre-employment screening and Occupational Health recommendations Supporting managers through probationary reviews, extensions and confirmation processes Assisting with recruitment campaigns and resourcing activities Maintaining accurate employee records on the HR system and supporting payroll administration Managing sickness absence cases and providing guidance on attendance management procedures Advising managers on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance and performance cases Providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and current employment legislation Supporting people-focused projects, change initiatives and employee engagement activities Delivering training sessions and coaching managers on HR best practice

About you:

CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards qualification Previous experience within an HR Advisor, People Advisor or equivalent generalist HR role Strong employee relations knowledge and case management experience Up-to-date understanding of UK employment law Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Able to prioritise a varied workload within a busy environment If this position is of interest, please apply directly or contact me for further information on or .
