Logistics Coordinator - SC cleared - IR35

We are currently looking for an SC cleared Logistics Co‑Ordinator. They will be providing timely support for joiners, leavers & break‑fix swap out requests, as well as supporting general warehouse activity.

• Manage service tickets within customer‑supplied ITSM, adhering to SLA’s throughout.
• Update customer systems manually to ensure both platforms are aligned.
• Process joiners, leavers and break‑fix requests in a timely manner for next business day delivery.
• Move items in/out of stock, updating CMDB at all times.
• Trigger Autopilot pre‑provisioning process on each device prior to shipment.
• Schedule deliveries / collections with end customer.
• Update tickets with tracking info, asset info, updates.
• Clean & grade devices coming back into the warehouse.
• Manage any warranty claims with Microsoft including logging and tracking calls.
• Feed progress, issues and SLA performance into SDM for weekly review with customer.
• Support warehouse team with configuration of customer refresh devices.
• Help warehouse team with general requirements in quiet periods.
