• Deliver test approach, schedule, and manage testing across multiple integrated environments.
• Create test strategy, test plan, and other test deliverables, maintaining high quality of standards and processes.
• Engage confidently with customer's IS Project and Programme Managers and Business Users.
• Manage risk/escalation, resource, and customer management.

• 12-15 years of testing domain experience, including 6–7 years in testing delivery management roles.
• Excellent understanding of all testing processes, test life-cycle, including TMMi, and knowledge of relevant testing tools.
• Strong grasp of the software development life cycle.
• Analytical skills to develop test approach and schedule.
• Excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multi-vendor environment and multi-shore model.
• ISTQB Certification is an added advantage.
