Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT system administration for strategic IT platforms, including cloud and SaaS solutions.
- Administer and maintain Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools to ensure high availability and performance.
- Manage software licensing across the organization, covering provisioning, reconciliation, and renewals.
- Perform end-user and systems support operations to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the management of IT services, security, and systems architecture.
- Prepare IT infrastructure for the demands of a growing workforce.
- Proven experience in IT system administration and end-user support.
- Proficiency in managing cloud and SaaS platforms, specifically Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack and VoIP systems.
- Strong understanding of software licensing management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
