  • Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards are maintained, while working with data structures, models, and pipelines to support reliable reporting and analytics.
  • Project Leadership: Lead or contribute to data and insight initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through to implementation, adoption, and business impact measurement.
  • People Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and develop a team fostering a high-performance culture, building capability, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality outputs aligned to business priorities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven ability to move beyond operational reporting by leveraging data to support business strategy, drive performance improvements, and influence decision-making.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders, customers, and operational teams to translate business needs into data solutions.

  • Advanced Excel skills and a good understanding of data structures, data integration processes, and reporting environments.

  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure) and familiarity with data pipelines and data architecture concepts would be advantageous.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Pyramid to create meaningful and engaging dashboards.

  • People leadership and team management.

  • Experience contributing to or leading data and insight projects.
