Role & ResponsibilitiesRaytheon UK’s Courseware and Media Development Capability (CMDC) is looking for a Capability Lead to support development and the future capability of our training materials.
Responsibilities- To manage and coordinate Royal Navy capabilities consisting of multiple Duties derived from a Training Needs Analysis, to ensure the DSAT-aligned artifacts are delivered on time, are technically accurate, and meet both the Royal Navy’s requirements and RUK quality standards.
- Facilitate and work collaboratively with other team leads during Workshops.
- Translate customer requirements and programme changes into clear tasks to be included within the Course Proposal and to deliver and maintain the team’s backlog and schedule of work.
