- Leasehold & Freehold

Handle a mix of residential properties - Sales & Purchases

Manage all aspects of residential property transactions - New Builds & Plot Sales
:
Expertise in new build projects and plot sales is desirable but not essential
- Qualifications
:
Solicitor, FILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5+ years PQE equivalent - Experience
:
Proven track record in residential property conveyancing.
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in using a Case Management System
