Volker Highways is seeking a Trainee Operative to join our Traffic Management team at the Wokingham Depot. You will work alongside direct labour and sub-contract labour, meeting targets and deadlines on time, and operate traffic lights and plant once trained and certificated.
The ideal candidate will have highways or reactive maintenance experience, strong communication, and the ability to use initiative while outdoors.
