Carwow is looking for a highly motivated Team Leader to guide a team of Customer Success Executives in delivering exceptional service to car sellers. You will leverage your leadership skills to ensure effective support and maximize the chances of successful vehicle sales.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in team leadership within outbound sales or customer success, excellent coaching skills, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. The role includes hybrid working with at least three days in the office.
