Carwow Group is seeking a highly motivated Team Leader to guide a Sales Executives team supporting car sellers through the Carwow selling process. You will coach, mentor and drive performance to maximise seller outcomes and successful vehicle listings.
You will lead by example, manage workloads, monitor metrics and collaborate with other leaders to improve the seller experience. This role offers hybrid working with in-office days in Winnersh, UK.
