Critical Systems Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor with an Electrical Bias to join our team. This role involves providing multi-skilled maintenance services to Critical National Infrastructure (CNI), covering electrical and mechanical disciplines. You will be responsible for reactive and proactive maintenance of operational equipment across the site.

Location: National Grid | Wokingham

Hours: 8am-5pm | 4 days on 4 days off

• Ensure all critical assets are fully operational and meet relevant KPIs.
• Act as the main point of contact for all critical-related activities.
• Provide technical support to onsite engineers.
• Schedule and approve all Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks.
• Compile accurate reports and manage change controls.
• Support shift rota duties as needed due to sickness, absence, training, or annual leave.

• Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualifications.
• Proven experience in a critical/data centre environment.
• Experience with HV/LV equipment (HV/LV AP is beneficial).
