Auto Foam Technician

The successful candidate will take ownership of an automated foam pouring line to achieve required stable output, while adhering to strict quality procedures to maintain a consistently high level of quality foam slit. The role will also involve maintaining equipment to a high standard, with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules being a key priority.

• Take ownership of an automated foam pouring line to achieve stable output while adhering to strict quality procedures.
• Maintain equipment to a high standard, managing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Demonstrate experience within a regulated production environment.
• Employ a good understanding of equipment fault finding and problem solving.
• Apply basic engineering skills and follow Standard Operating Procedures.

• Demonstrate safe use of chemicals within a production process.
• Good understanding of shop floor health and safety practices.
